Q: HOW DO I ORDER?
A: Simply browse through our website and decide on a design style that you like. Once you have made your decision, click the 'Add to Cart' button located under the pictured design style. You must purchase a mold kit and send us a correct imprint of your teeth and gum line. We CANNOT complete your order without your mold. Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY GRILL?
A: As soon as we have received your mold and payment, you can expect to receive your grill within 3-5 business mailing days.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY GRILL?
A: Your grill will be mailed to the address that you supply at the time of purchase. Insurance for the price of the grill, online tracking and delivery confirmation is standard at no additional cost to you.
Q: WHAT IF I HAVE SOME MISSING TEETH?
A: No problem! We can still make them as if there were no missing teeth at all.
Q: CAN I EAT AND SLEEP WITH MY GRILL IN?
A: Although it is possible to eat and sleep with them, we do not recommend doing so. You should treat them as jewelry and care for them as such.
Q: HOW DO I KEEP MY GRILL CLEAN?
A: We include a polishing cloth with each order that should be used to clean your grill. We also recommend that you use a toothbrush and toothpaste to routinely clean inside of your grill to prevent any bacteria form.
Q: CAN I MAKE MY OWN DESIGN?
A: Yes, you can create your own design to send it to us through an email or fax. CLICK HERE for contact information.
Q: DO THEY LOOK REAL?
A: Yes, they ARE real. Unlike the one size fits all product, we use the actual mold of your teeth to make your grill.
Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GOLD TEETH I CAN ORDER?
A: We can do up to EIGHT (8) teeth, including any missing ones.
Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A: All of our products are custom made; therefore, there are no refunds. If the grill does not fit properly, we will we examine the grill before we remake them. We prefer to work on a new mold when we have to remake a grill. If there are any problems with the grill, you must notify us within 24 HOURS ship it back to us within TWO (2) days after delivery.
